OVERVIEW

The BowlingMonkey.com Refund / Return Policy is to ensure all of our customers receive the best service possible. This will cover returns, exchanges and defective or damaged products.

Any and all returns and exchanges MUST obtain an RMA number before sending the items back to us. No return or exchange will be accepted and/or processed without an RMA number.

HOW TO OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) #

To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please call toll free (888) 512-0686 M-F from 8:30am - 4:30pm PST, or send us an email at support@bowlingmonkey.com with the subject line "RMA Request" followed by your "order number". Please explain the reason for your request along with the item name/style and any supporting pictures you can supply.

RETURN POLICY

BowlingMonkey.com offers a thirty (30) day return policy starting from the date the product was delivered. Please note, the returned product must still be in the original package and unused to be deemed accepted as a return. The Buyer will be responsible to pay a ten percent (10%) restocking fee plus the return shipping cost and fees, if applicable, in order to return the product(s).

Buyers that are making a return must ship the items in the appropriate product packaging, in like new/as received condition. For example, if a Buyer is returning a bowling ball, the bowling ball box must be inside a shipper box to protect the bowling ball box packaging. We reserve the right to not accept any item for return without being shipped in the appropriate packaging.

EXCHANGES

BowlingMonkey.com will allow exchanges made within a thirty (30) day time frame beginning from the date the product was delivered. This exchange policy applies to non-defective products in which the Buyer simply wants to exchange it for something else. The Buyer will be responsible to pay a ten percent (10%) restocking fee plus the original shipping cost and fees, and return shipping charges in order.

Please note, the returned product must still be in the original package and unused to be deemed accepted as an exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

All credit/debit cards are processed at time of purchase for the amount of purchase to ensure validity of the credit/debit card. Cancellation will incur a ten percent (10%) credit/debit card fee deducted from your refund. An order is considered placed when you agree to purchase by submitting your order. If you decide to cancel your order after it’s shipped, the Return Policy Information must be followed.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM(S) RECEIVED

In for some unfortunate reason you receive a damaged item(s), or a wrong item by mistake, that needs to be returned, please follow our guide lines. Within two (2) days of delivery, please call or send us an email (support@BowlingMonkey.com) with a brief description explaining the situation. Include your order number, telephone number and a time when you can be reached. To further assist us with a claim, attach a picture(s) of the wrong / damaged item(s) including any damage to the original shipping packaging when delivered.

REFUSAL OF PACKAGE

If you refuse a package without first notifying BowlingMonkey.com and getting our consent to do so, then we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may be incurred by the shipping company for a refusal of package.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CLAIMS

If your product is defective and you would like to file a manufacturer warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - continental US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement is not available or can’t be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with us. Grips, Slugs, Drilling or other Service charges, or any other charge incurred that was not originally part of the manufacturers warrant-able item are not reimbursable.

ACCEPTABLE ITEM CONDITION(S)

Bowling Balls

We cannot accept a return on a bowling ball once it has been drilled, customized, had surface alterations or been personalized in any other manner. Returned balls must be in original, undamaged packaging including all boxes, bags and/or instructions. All items received as part of a package promotion must also be returned in as new condition.

Bowling Shoes

If you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for size, please do so only on a clean/dry surface. A carpet is not considered a clean dry surface. If the shoes are NOT in new condition, we will not accept them for return. Packaging and any and all accessories included must accompany the shoes upon return.

Product Packaging

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return the merchandise. Items returned in altered or any other packaging will not be accepted.

Important Notices!

Products returned must be new, unused and in unmarked manufacturers packaging, surrounded by protective material as needed. Please do not ship return items loose in a box without adding packing material. The returned item must make it back to us in an "as new" condition to be accepted.

Include a copy of your invoice and an RMA # in the returned package for fastest service.

Please include why the product(s) are being returned. It is o.k. to change your mind, we would just like to know that the item was not defective and/or damaged without our knowledge.

All items that don’t meet this criteria will be refused and/or a 20% restocking fee will apply.
