Shipping Charges

BowlingMonkey.com offers Free Ground Shipping within the Contiguous U.S.A. 48 States (excluding tax).

This offer is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Military APO/FPO, other U.S. Territories or International locales.

No, BowlingMonkey.com does not charge any handling or processing fees to our customers.

However, if a wrong address is supplied, UPS will charge a $15 fee for address corrections provided by them. This fee will be passed on to you if you supply an incorrect address and are subjected to the fee. Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate including Apt. or Suite #'s at the time of order.

USPS or UPS will be used for addresses outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Yes. For buyers with P.O. boxes, we can only ship using USPS. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes.

General Shipping

We generally use USPS or UPS for most orders, with FedEx being on occasion.

Most orders are typically shipped one (1) business day after receipt of the order. The last order of the day is 2 p.m. PST (Mon-Fri). If you place your order on or before 2 p.m. on a Monday, your order will ship the next day (Tuesday). Please note, our delivery time-frame is calculated in business days. Orders placed Friday after 2 p.m. or on a Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day, which is Monday. Holidays in which we are closed will ship the next business day.

BowlingMonkey.com offers estimated courier shipping times based on the couriers information. We shall not be held responsible for deliveries that may take longer than the estimated time frame due to courier and/or weather delays, or delays that occur due to any other circumstances out of our control.

- For standard shipping, you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days, depending on carrier/location.

- For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses, please allow additional time.

Yes, please allow an extra 1-2 business days before shipment. Ordering such services may delay your entire order regardless of the product type, if all the items on your order are shipping from the same location.

We will issue a tracking number to the email address you have provided once the order has processed and shipped. You will be able to use the tracking # to check the shipping in-transit status until your package arrives. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us at support@bowlingbonkey.com. In the "subject" line, please type "Tracking Info" followed by your "Order Number" to help expedite your request.

BowlingMonkey.com is closed on all major U.S. Holidays. This includes, but is not limited to, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after) and Christmas.

Please see holiday delivery estimates from USPS or UPS for expected arrival times due to the busy holiday season and/or current weather conditions.

NOTE: For the 2 weeks prior to December 25, UPS only guarantees Next Day Air shipments.

Certain liquids may have International shipping and/or Airline restrictions. In the case we cannot ship an item, we will contact you, the buyer, for further instructions.

Shipping Related Issues

Unless agreed upon on a per case basis when requesting your RMA #, all return shipping is to be paid by you, the buyer. Exceptions can include, but are not limited to receiving a defective item. Please refer to our Refund / Return Policy for more information and packaging requirements.

Unless insurance had been purchased, BowlingMonkey.com shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We will work with you as best as we can with any carrier disputes to help resolve the issue.

For address corrections before shipment, we will be happy to make the change for you. Please call us ASAP at (888) 512-0686 or email your request to shipping@bowlingmonkey.com.

If your order has already shipped, there is nothing more we can do to help with your request.
